What is this about?

During the last couple of years I've been studying my self, getting to know my limits and learning about them and how to overcome them. My self as many people out there have certain habits, we deal with problems and we try to do the best we can, however even there are some times where we tend to fall, give up and just let things go due frustration, disappointment, rejection or many other reasons. 

This is the culmination of all those studies and now its time to put my theory in practice and start the experiment to bring my body to state where I could almost say i was able to regress time on it.

Which is the purpose/goal of this?

The goal of this experiment is to probe that with the enough knowledge of our own body and mind control is possible to regress to a state which will be equivalent of feeling (and possible looking) X amount of years younger without the need of any external agents.

How long will it last?

The experiment has 3 phases:
  • The first phase (2 months)... remember 4 weeks for you to notice the change... 8 weeks for everyone else to notice it.
  • The second phase (3 months)... become the master of your own body.
  • The third phase (2 months)... setting new limits... ready... reset.

Can I do the experiment?

The experiment can be done by anyone out there, however you have to be aware that EVERYBODY IS DIFFERENT and also that THE SUCCESS OF THIS DEPENDS ON HOW WELL YOU KNOW YOUR BODY.

What do I need in order to do it?

The experiment really doesn't have any specific needs, requires any special equipment or products. The only thing that you need... and I repeat NEED is:
  • The need to control your own body
  • Patience with your self
  • Get motivated
  • Be determined 

Will it work?

Like I said before this is an experiment, you can wait and see if works for me or you can give it a try. But if you wish to give it a try... please consult with your doctor first, I've consulted mine already and like I said above... YOU NEED TO KNOW THE LIMITS OF YOUR OWN BODY AND MIND.
